THE FOLLOWING ARE VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW
ELECTIONEERING PROHIBITED:
No person shall be allowed to electioneer within 300 feet of any
ballot box while an election is in progress. The law also
prohibits any person, except election officials and persons who
are voting or waiting to vote, from being allowed within 50 feet
of any ballot box while an election is in progress.
NO PRINTED MATERIAL:
The law prohibits the posting, or exposing of any printed
material not provided by the county election board within 300
feet of any ballot box while an election is in progress.
PERSONS AUTHORIZED INSIDE ELECTION
ENCLOSURE: At no time during the hours of voting
shall any person, other than the election officials and other
persons authorized by law, be allowed inside the election
enclosure except for one registered voter in each voting booth.
