Commissioner Helm is in his third year as Rogers County Commissioner.  He is married with four daughters and Deacon of the First Baptist Church of Owasso.

ROGERS COUNTY DISTRICT # 2

 

Taking the initiative to do what needs to be done with flexibility to change ideas or plans with decisiveness.
