This site is only a tool to let you know what bids are currently open, when the bid will close and when the bid will officially be opened.

 You may print the bid from this site.  However, if you wish to bid, you will need to send your bid to the address stated on the bid.  Facsimiles and e-mails for a bid CANNOT be accepted.  Your bid will need to include the Bid Invitation (page 1) which shows the amount you wish to bid and also page 2, terms and conditions.  If other pages are needed you may include them in your bid packet.  (see instruction on each bid.)

 IMPORTANT NOTICE!  Page 2 must be notarized and sealed for your bid to be considered valid.
